A book of reflection...
A Senior Field Supervisor was out and about yesterday in Fishguard/Newport meeting clients and the feedback from all of them was exceptional...
"We are so happy with all the carers and the standard of care that they deliver" it was very humbling.
A 99 yr old client of Care In Hand who has been married for 73 yrs, wrote a book when he was 90 yrs old reflecting on his war years and his life today. He gave me a copy of his book to say thank you to myself and Care in Hand in the hope that when he is gone that we remember him with fondness... such a gentleman!

During the snow I were so impressed as I have heard through the grape vine that your staff got to my mother day and night and actually got stuck in the snow and didn’t tell anyone just got on with it, which has impressed me even more so thank you."
