A particular thanks to Amelia and Jess...

My name is Laura, I live with Mrs Daniel's and I just wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you to your care staff team that come to us daily.

The women and men that come here are a credit to your company. They are polite, fun and so so hardworking and nothing is too much for them.

A particular thanks to Amelia and Jess...they are fantastic, and again...a huge credit to your team.

If you could pass this message around to the guys that visit, I would be very grateful. We appreciate the work load they have, they have been very busy helping out over the last few months and for that we are so grateful.  Kind regards

Da iawn!!

Mr Wilson and his family give praise the Care In Hand and are very happy with how the package is going.

Mr Wilson's family advised that they are extremely impressed that we had taken the time to translate the care plan into welsh for Mr Wilson and his family and also commented that they were happy to see that this had been written in 1st person and a way that Mr Wilson could understand himself and still able to portray what was required and what his likes and dislikes are.

They went on to say that they could not believe how well Mr Wilson was getting on and that he was able to utilise all support hours from the outset. They felt that the success of this package was purely down to CIH and the support staff going to Mr Wilson.

Compliments to the Saundersfoot office care staff...

Pembrokeshire County Council Social Worker praises Care In Hand staff for clear and good standards of record keeping in both communication notes and new skin bundle packs stating...

"It has made my job a lot easier to determine the outcome in a timely manner so please pass on my compliments to your care staff".

Just another day at the office...

Please can you pass on my sincere thanks to two very kind members of your team who helped me out this morning.

My car battery failed me this morning on my way to work in Fishguard and two male members of your team came to my rescue by pushing my car which got it started again.

They are a credit to your company and you should be proud to have them as a part of your team!

Good job to Tilen and Jeff.

Welcome to Care In Hand...

Mr & Mrs Williams and daughter Alison expressed how very happy they all are with the care they have received and left some very nice feedback. Alison went on to say that she had been very nervous about changing agencies and it had turned out to be the best thing they could have done; She would happily recommend Care In Hand to anyone.

"The care staff are lovely, friendly and professional and I am very impressed that they always ask at the end of every call if there is anything else that is needed. The beds are always stripped and remade perfectly and everything is always left tidy.

Thank you for being able to make changes to call times almost immediately which meant their routine was only altered for a few days."

Praise was also given for the girls being fantastic at encouraging Mr & Mrs Williams to complete tasks, some of which are now done independently after them not being able to for many years.

We would be so grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the staff who cared for our father in the fortnight before he died.

We would particularly like to commend Ana, German and Samuel for their support and compassion.

A thank you to Newport, Pembrokeshire Care Staff

Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Care In Hand for taking on mother's care, and for you coming up to the house to meet us and her social worker earlier in the week.

We were really grateful that you managed to devise and implement a care plan so promptly as we have been struggling with mother's care for some time now.

We can appreciate that the care plan will be tweaked over the coming weeks to accommodate a slightly earlier tea time visit, but I have to say, I can only commend the standard of care and professionalism that your staff have exhibited so far, and we can't thank you enough!

A thank you to the team...

Dad died on Christmas Eve after a short stay in hospital. We were very lucky to have some time with him before he died and he was, as usual, in good spirits, although very ill.

We wanted to thank whoever it was who took the initiative to call an ambulance on Friday as otherwise I am sure his death would have come sooner and he would have perhaps died alone and in pain.

We are very grateful to every member of the team who cared for him over the last few years, thank you.

We will let you know the date and place of the funeral in case anyone would like to attend, they would be very welcome.
